Prosecco Rosé D.O.C. Treviso Millesimato Brut
Soft pink colour, and fine, persistent perlage. Fruity bouquet with typical Prosecco scents such as white flowers, apple and pear, combined with typical Pinot Noir hints such as currant, raspberry and wild strawberry. Lively, fresh and dry on the palate. It goes well as an aperitif, in combination with platters of cured meats and cheeses, the fatty sensations of which it counteracts on the palate, excellent for vegetable risotto, fish dishes and white meats.
